Fresh bananas, sliced thin,
Three scoops of ice cream to begin;
Fresh whipped cream,
Man, oh man, what a dream!

Butterscotch and hot fudge,
I'm not going to budge;
Sprinkle some walnuts and and a big cherry too,
Look at what I am putting myself through!

What? You want a bite?
I have been dreaming about this half the night!
(Sniff.) Okay, I'll try to be merry,
As I watch you scarf down my treat, I remind myself how I love you very, my Cherry!
