Broken Friendship - resubmit

I don’t what else I can say

What was said can’t be taken away

But its obvious to me that you don’t care

I can’t get a word from anywhere

Maybe its because you have nothing nice to say

And that’s fine we can leave it that way

But id like to know where I stand

This is me offering my hand

What you do with it is up to you

Cause regardless I’ll be here for you

I had a point I needed to communicate

But took out my thoughts in a rage like hate

Which was not your fault nor did you deserve

To hear it like that and cop a serve

But there was somethings that had to be said

They just didn’t come out how they sounded in my head

Maybe it was alcohol who really knows

But that was the story and that’s how it goes

You know your like a sister and one that I love

And every single days goes and I thank God above

That I had an opportunity to get to know you better

And I guess in a way its why im writing you this letter

Cause I know my life would not be complete

If you were to walk out due to this heat

But at the same time I understand

Maybe you don’t want to accept my hand

But accept my words as they are sincere

I wouldn’t be the same without you here

But I feel I just don’t know

Because you don’t feel comfortable in saying so

Which says to me a whole lot

What is the basis of this friendship we’ve got

Either way its up to you

And I’ll support what ever you choose to do
