I have waited my life to love someone special,
You see your friends dating and long for that,
It was finally my chance to love,
Then I saw how hurt my friends got during breaking up,
I rebuilt a stronger barrier around my heart.
I thought no one could break it now.
But I was wrong some how you broke the barrier to my heart,
I never leave it unguarded,
We had a great year together but nothing but friends,
You were just a crush , then you became a obsession.
Then at the end I fell for you hard and you knew I liked you the whole time, I had a felling you might like me, all friends think you do too,
But I was wrong you haven’t done anything to get in contact with me,
I saw you 6 days a week but now I haven’t seen you in a month,
Now everyday I stay home to see if you will call or run to meet the postman outside hoping you wrote me,
I pray that some how you could love me more then just friends.
