Mandy,

I can't count the times,
All the hours I'd spend,
To find the perfect words
To write to such a friend,
To let you know
Just how much to me you mean,
How much that i owe you
For all the times on you I've leaned.
So this is it,
I'll just let go,
Tell you all I've ever felt,
Just so you can know...
You mean the world to me,
You have helped me so very much,
You probably don't even know
How my heart you have touched,
You've seen me at my worst,
When most wouldn't know what to say,
But you always said you loved me,
And you helped me through each day.
But Mandy, I can't even list,
All the times you've helped me through,
So this poem has another meaning,
For once we will focus on you,

I love you kiddo,
With all of my heart,
I'd love you even if
you feel completely apart.
There's been so many times
I've seen hurt in your eyes,
I just want you to know,
That everybody cries,
I know you don't like sharing,
All the pain that you feel,
But i want you to know I care,
And I'd do anything to heal,
And when the pain gets to bad,
And you sit alone in the dark,
You should know I'll love you no less,
Even if you added another mark,
To you collection of your past,
The times you had to feel,
Some sense of self worth,
I understand it's how you deal.
I don't have all the answers,
Of why some hurt more than others,
But remember back when you trusted God's plan,
Don't let your faith be covered,
Cause I know the girl you were,
The girl that you can be,
You have so much love and talent,
I wish that you could see,
There's reason behind my love,
A reason why i care,
I love all that you are,
And without you I could not bare,
Mandy please know this,
And know that I'll always listen,
To be the friend you are to me,
Is truly my top mission,
So never forget the friendship we have,
Or who you truly are,
Cause remember THAT'S the Mandy,
That's I've loved this much, this far!
