I WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE

From the beginning of my life,
Things were changed,
I was given away,
My life was rearranged.
To her I was something she couldn't handle
To her i was her every wrong,
so she put me up for adoption,
for her, she could now keep going on.
I was brought into a family,
filled with so much love and care,
For once in my life i was loved,
but there love i just couldn't compare.
Deep inside my heart i wanted her,
more than anyone else in the world,
i wanted my mom to love me,
and remember me as her baby girl.
But to her i was her biggest problem,
she never saw me as her baby girl,
In her eyes i was her greatest mistake,
I was never meant to be part of this world.
