Maybe we weren't meant to be
Maybe we were just confused
they say love is blind
so maybe we were fooled

cause i believe if ya love someone
then some how you will be
maybe I wasn't supposed to love you
and you weren't supposed to love me

maybe we aren't meant to be
that's why it's not working
we try so hard but our
anger we're provoking

we are the same
but it stands in our way
I love you so much
but silent it shall stay

I realise that i can't love you
that I can't take your hand

I won't be there to understand

I won't see you get wiser
