Girl in the Mirror

How can one so tall
Feel so small?

How can one so unique
Feel so bland?

How can one so smart
Feel so dumb?

How can one so strong
Feel so weak?

How can one so happy
Feel so sad?

How can one so healthy
Feel so sick?

How can one so whole
Feel so broken?

How can one so good
Feel so bad?

How can one so loved
Feel so hated?

How can one so beautiful
Feel so ugly?

How can one so cheery on the outside
Feel as if she’s crying on the inside?

How can one so full of life
Feel as if she’s better off dead?

How can one that is always there for everyone
Never be there for herself?

How can one that is so outspoken
Never speak her mind?

How can one so simple
Have such complex problems?

very, very good! Simple, yes... but powerful, too.. and it will reach out to many people... I don't know anyone that could honestly claim they haven't felt the same as at least one fo those lines! Very good!

I liked this...it was simple but deep and strong at the same time. And it got the point across.
