The Rose

by dawn   Sep 10, 2004

The big and beautiful rose
is now torn away from beauty
and twisted into agnst

The rose with a smile
Is now frowning upon age
Is now finding anger and pain

The rose that never tired
is now falling asleep
she cannot stay awake any longer
shes slowly wasting away

The beauty she once carried
is now upon the ground along with her petals
her petals have fallen along with her life

The once beautiful rose
is now just a pile of mahogany petals
upon the ground
She will never be forgotten
She let away with life too fast

She will always be the biggest
and most beautiful rose of the bunch
She will always be in peoples hearts that she touched

This rose was courageous and smart
She touched many hearts
She will always live as
a beatiful rose in our minds
And most of all in our hearts..
