Behind Brown Eyes

Behind these brown eyes
Are many lies
Not that I mean to lie
But I just don't want to cry

Yes I am afraid to die
Is that what you wanted to hear?
Yes I do lie
But is it my fault I am full of fear?

So many nights I lay there in fear
Trying not to shed one single tear
But they always seem to pour down Like rain trying to wash away the Pain.

When I awake I feel as though I Was a mistake
Maybe I was what do I know?
Then maybe these feelings wouldn't
show...
