I made the right choice

by Kelleigh   Sep 14, 2004

The ground crumbling beneathe me
Nothing to grab onto...I slip and fall
No one can lend a helping hand..
No one cares, no one at all.
No one can help me, I'm to far gone
The only thing left is my soul, not for long.
The minute that everyone says goodbye
I'll realise that I did nothing wrong.
The choice was mine and I thought alot
I'm meant to leave at this stage in my life.
You just have to understand, it wasn't you.
I was the one that grabbed the knife.
So I'm sorry if you will miss me.
I doubt that anyone ever would.
I know you did you best to save me.
But I knew that you never could.
I just put you out of your misery
Of wondering if I will leave today.
No one will blame you my friends.
And I'm sorry you have to pay.
