I Never Thought

This was written in 2001, it was one of my first poems, I was like 11, and it was my first heart break!

I never thought you would do that to me
I never thought that I would see
The day that you stopped loving me
At first I thought I didn't know you anymore
And then I thought, "I never knew you before"
But I was wrong
And now you're gone
You're out of my life
I'll never become your wife
Because you're gone
You're out of my life
And I'm out of yours...
