The Dream

I started writing this poem one day, and finished it like 3 days later. Enjoy the crappy writing of my younger years!

I am thinking of you
As I lie in my bed
I told you my dream
Where you kissed my forehead

All night I can't get my mind
Off of that dream
You make my life more fun
No one knows what I mean

I'm incomplete without you
Thinking about you makes me smile
I think of you and somehow
It's all worthwhile

Before you were just another guy
Someone I didn't know
Then I met you
I wish I didn't though

I didn't mean for it to happen
I didn't think I'd fall in love
But when we talk
I fly like a dove

I didn't believe in true love
Until I met you
Do you think it will last long?
Or will it soon be through?

It is a terrible thing
Being in love with you
Is it a mutual feeling?
Do you love me too?

The night has past
Day has come
Still thinking of you
Makes my day so glum

I think of when we talk
When we chat on line
Until I got to know you
You were just another guy

I can't get my mind off of you
And my crazy dream
Did it make you smile?
Or did you want to scream?

I don't know if it's love
Or just another crush
Every day you compliment me
And I start to blush

And for two days now
I've wondered about you
How do you feel?
Will my dream come true?
