As I embark on another journey this year
may I be strong enough to make it through

May I finally feel like I'm in my place

May the people who have always doubted me
finally see who I am
May the ones who once stood by my side

and feel like I belong
For our future is quickly approaching us
and life moves swiftly along
May I feel less like a disappointment
and more like the person I should be
And when I reflect and look back on my life
may I be pleased with what I see
