Dusk

by sLeine   Sep 16, 2004

The blunt horizon across the miles
swayed and shivered
as the north breeze lingered
the wallas borrowed
the supreme light
and ate my shadow away in the night.
the glistening sky in the cold blue night
shroud lively, full colors aware
but I that stood miles beyond the lights
slowly cry in the piercing howl
of the winter dusk.
