He Falls

by Wade   Sep 17, 2004

He walks, and he talks, but inside... He falls. Inside he is falling, falling into nothingness in endless darkness.

He cries out for help, but no one is there. As he falls he listens and hears all the negative statements and disappointments in his life.

As he falls inside, he sees nothing. Air whistling past his ears, coldness chilling his body into numbness.

In the damp dreadful darkness he hears nothing but evil, bad things, negative things. Inside there is nothing but negativity. On the outside he is happy and cheerful.

Inside he is wanting this terrible horrible fall to end even if he dies. At that point he is bombarded with an incredibly bright and beautiful light overpowering everything negative and enforcing all that is good in this poor boy's life.

This light is indescribable and beautiful. Slowly he starts to stop falling ....until BAM!! He hits bottom, but it is soft and smooth, warm and comforting. The air around him no longer smells of cold and death and is no longer damp and desolate, but smells like warmth and cotton-candy and now dry and live-giving.

When he opens his eyes he sees the only person in the world he could love and want in all his heart and life.

She is more beautiful than anything he has ever seen or could see. She has the voice of an angel, the soft subtle face of, well there is nothing to describe it. Her hair is like a golden waterfall of beauty.

She helped him to stop the falling, the hurt, the pain. She has made his life more important than she could ever know. He has found his love, his soft pillow bottom of his dark dreadful fall.
