Every cloud has a silver lining
how many times have we heard that?
but how many times has it been true?
It is true that everything in life
has an upside
but it is so hard to look up
when your tumbling down

of a shining red rose
entranced in it's spell
only broken when your pricked
There are no losers,only winners
Everyone knows that true
but it's hard to hear those words
when all thats going through your mind
are the rants and cheers
of the victors around you

We have all heard that
But each one you love
takes a bit of your heart
each time they walk out the door

but the times you feel down
wont feel so bad
as long as you remember
