What I Wouldn't Give ®

by Sarah   Sep 19, 2004

To look into your little eyes and see my own.
To feel the love so sincere and to the world have it shown.
I'd give my life to have one moment in time.
To know that this little soul was a part of mine.
The desire in my heart to have a child to hold.
This longing to my loved one can't be sold.
You'd have my crooked smile and our eyes of blue.
A complete world I'd see when I'd look at you.
Trying to maintain a presence that's strong.
Wishing my love could last that long.
Now this life alone I fear I must live.
To have this child...What I wouldn't give.
