Dreamer

by Cassandra Christilaw   Sep 19, 2004

Through the fragile cold
I feel the warmth between the snow
Bright blue eyes staring into mine
As the sun rises with the light
You start to disintegrate
Leaving your shadow behind
Tears start to well up in my eyes
Cause I know this dream will come to an end soon
Your touch I longer for to long
As a tear falls to the blanket of white snow
It turns into a bedroom
I look for your shadow on my wall
But it isn’t there
A tear streams down my cheek
Slowly the salty tear is wipe away
Not by me, but the one I’ve been waiting for
Your sweet smile and your eyes tell me that this is real
The question’s that pop into my head
I dare not to ask
Cause all I do know is that you are here
And no longer am I a dreamer
