A new Love-Bud

When the sun kissed me good morning
I didn’t know what it had kept for me
When I went for a rare morning walk
I found happiness reflecting all my way
Strangers were smiling like the known
The breeze was teasing me for blushing
Fluffy snowflakes brushed my skin moist
Rare Goosebumps made me blush more
The green was half covered with flurry
Like dewdrops dripping from small icicles,
Unknown emotions misted my dry heart
I was feeling bizarre for no reason
In one night, how the entire world changed?
My heart was racing with every vision
I felt like embracing the world around
Why I never saw this beauty before?
The mirror was reflecting a beautiful image
I found myself smiling at small things
Something different was happening to me
Till yesterday, everything was so ordinary
Except that he smiled at me after school
Did he know that my eyes were hunting him?
May be he knew what was in my heart
May be… May be that’s why he smiled!?
