I wrote this in loving memory of everyone who was lost....
Its been 3 years
Yet we all clearly remember
Some still yet to shed tears
The 11th of September
It happened on a Tuesday
People going through their daily routine
Until the Twin Towers were taken away
Many are scarred from what they had seen
Through the struggle and the pain
Believe it or not good things came
In order to see the rainbow we had to take the rain
After September 11th nothing will be the same
What happened was all over TV.
It was like a nightmare,except way too long
From the buildings the survivor came out covered in debris
But in the end, America came out strong
Things have changed because of this day
Like many wrong things have been righted
Through everything,we still remain the U.S.A.
We stand United
This day made many open their eyes and see
That for life itself there\'s no such thing as a warrantee
