Not In Vain

by Robert   Sep 21, 2004

Through a glass cube, I can see
the being that I know is within me.
The looks are deceivingly kind,
but what lurks in this individuals mind?
How can he be almost just like me,
but in the darkness set his demons free.
Devouring innocence like a lion to its prey,
giving to nightmares that will always stay.
What fuels his need to condemn a child to hell,
for he should not be alive, or even live in a cell.
A beast that takes children's trust and give only pain,
but you have done this one to many times, and my child's life will not be in vain.
they asked if you had any last words to say,
you looked into my eyes and said my child was your prey.
A freak, a fiend, not a human at all,
I just smile when I hear your dying call.
The volts surged through you like fire through brush,
and I watch as you life is simply crushed.
Your body spasms with the electricity running hot,
Bastard you deserved what you got.
