She used to be one of those girls, With very little to hide, She would believe anything, So easy to take for a ride, But that has all been changed, And nothing is the same, She has grown up now, And its turning her insane. She used to be a pretty girl, With an innocent face, She could do anything, And never feel out of place. But now her young face, Is enclosed by the curtains of hate, And lined with the thoughts of pain, Is this her destiny, her fate? She used to lead a carefree life, Happy as could be, She used have a plump red heart, Filled with the love of a family. But now that heart is empty, Withered, shrivelled and cold, Forgotten about, put in a corner, What happened to it we were never told. She used to be undeniably, Interesting to talk to, She could hold a conversation, Even before she turned two. But now that mouth stays silent, The lips clamped tight together, The once exciting eyes, Are empty forever.
