The Ultimate Moment

Standing here today, I look into your eyes.
A tear rolls down my face, as I begin to cry.
Our friends and family, witness this joyous day.
Your palms begin to sweat, as you listen to me say;
"You're the only one for me, I knew if from the start.
And today I vow to hold you, as you give me your heart.
Your caring ways and gentle touch tell me that this is right.
Our life begins together, starting with tonight.
I give to you all I have, my trust, my love, my life.
And with this ring, we now become, husband and wife."
The tears are coming down now,
and without a hesitation
He says, "I love you, baby, of this there is no question.
I tell you now so you can hear,
that this is what I feel.
I know that this love between us, is nothing but real.
You're all I want and all I need, I know this love is true.
And with this ring I place on your hand, I say 'I Do.'"
With that we were wed, the whole church was in tears.
I know we'll be together, for many, many years.
