I was wondering what did people think about this poem. But no one commented about the theme.
The poem is not about me! It is about a child facing death. It sees another women who is dead. But the child thinks that the person is alive. Even the women her self doesn't know that she is dead. That is why she is so upset. She finds her lonliness painful. The woman keeps attracting the child. (It symbolizes that death is inviting the child in some form.) She knows who that child is. No one else can listen to her or see her because they are far from death. Finally the child dies. Just before it died, it saw the face of the woman. The child realizes it is its own mother. No one listens to the child because the child is already dead. But the child doesn't realize it. It feels the same way its mother used to feel. Ignored and lonely! They can't think about anything else other than their deepest desire and so they remain inactive. They live dead.

That is the shortest explanation i could give. I tried to show the relation of death and life. I left it knotty so that the readers can find their version of meaning. I can't say that this is the exact meaning i wanted to depict when i wrote it.
