Unobtainable love

The sky cried tonight
tears fell down from above
i sat outside with delight
as the sky cried for his love

Fot the sky loves something
it can never grasp
on it fly all wings
its something only they can clasp

and though it blows by
everyday
to and fro
it never stays

and though the sky knows
it may never be
his feeling still grows
because maybe..just maybe

someday...years from now
there might be a way
that somehow
she wont fly away

when she comes near
and the ground would be able
to absorb its last tear
because the sky would be stable

no longer wishing to fall
down from above
and end it all
because he'd have his love
