Denial

by Nefarius   Sep 23, 2004

What has daylight brought to me
That before I could not see
What has time now for a sense
Facing all with ignorance

Why should I still walk on earth
When I've more rights from my birth
Why should I believe in you
If I don't- whatta you do?

Thou feed wrath where shalt be none
Thou shalt no longer be my son
Go for now cos you are doomed
The earth below shall you entomb

That's not my doom, that is yours
Darkness then will be my source
cos you pride is your mistake
And your good-will's just a fake

Whose words are now soaked with pride
And why don't I push you aside
That's my good-will- you were mine
And the pride that will be thine

You- you bastard- don't play game
Does still all fit in your frame?
You are foolish- you will see
I'll create you destiny

This is serious- it has begun
But there's so much left undone.

Another spectacular poem. I just can't get over how well all of your rhymes are... and they don't sound forced at all... you just have such a talent! Keep it up and take care! =)
