Sorrow

by Wade   Sep 23, 2004

This boy is surrounded by light, but on the inside it is dark.
darker than the blackest of nights, more dreadful then the most ominous of corridors.

He is a sorrowful boy filled with the sorrow of a thousand guilt full murderous criminals. He cannot get rid of this sorrow, this pain for everywhere he goes everything he does reminds him of his failure to her.

His failure to her, the one he loves with more love than the most skillful and talented of poets can describe. He failed her and he can't begin to let the sorrow lift until he knows that he is forgiven until he it is as it was before.

In his mind as he walks through darkness rewinding and playing again the images and sounds of his failure and what she had said he is even more guilt full and hurt than the moment before.

Maybe this boy will be forgiven , maybe this boy can once again be happy and joyous with his love. Let us all be thankful it is this one boy, this one small boy who has this and it is not we.

    Kinddaaa like metallica's unforgiven

With time the child draws in
    This whipping boy done wrong
    Deprived of all his thoughts
The young man struggles on and on he's known
    A vow unto his own
    That never from this day
    His will they'll take away

even then your is a different point of view...u have originality mate...i love your work...nva stop writing
