Fallen Angel

Lucifer has foolishly fallen into the abyss
He was the first to foolishly fall in prideful bliss
Woe shall befall, in darkness, one who follows this
Those too proud to follow the Light they shall miss

Misery is the darkness by nature born within
Brought about by the fall of man into original sin
Evil is not a reality. Creation came from Light in origin
Only through the Heavenly Light of Love can true life begin

Where does the Light begin? Where does the darkness end?
Must we always turn from the Truth that Love will always send?
Truth is the Light. The reality of Love, on which our lives depend
Lucifer is the eternal darkness, the enemy of Life, not its friend

Pride is a dark deadly illusion. The joy of humility is real
Lord lift us above the darkness, so that this joy we may feel
