Beautifully Undone

by Emily Strickland   Sep 25, 2004

Well I Dont Remember
What It Used To Be Like
To Be Able To Put On A Smile
Knowing Everything Was Alright

I Gave You All I Ever Had
But It Never Seemed Enough
And I Only Kept Running Back
Because I Thought I Was In Love

But Now That I've Moved On
I Dont Think About You Anymore
Although I Wonder To Myself
What I Kept Coming Back For

When All You Ever Did
Was Think About Yourself
I Was Just Something To Lie Around
And To Clutter Up Your Shelf

Whenever I Think About It
I Cant Even Seem To Recall
A Time You Seemed To Care
Or Paid Attention To Me At All

But One Thing I Regret The Most
Was Wasting All My Time
Chasing After Something
That Was Never Really Mine

Its Ok Now That Were Through
The Hurting From You Is Gone
I Can Finally Let Myself Be Free
And Become Beautifully Undone
