It Isn't Heaven Without You By Mark SpencerAir, I once needed it to live. I couldn't survive without it. I needed food and water as well, They were also for my benefit. I do not miss any of these. Not one of life's pleasures do I crave. I don't miss the weekends at the lake, Or the hiking trips up to the cave. I don't miss one thing about life; Except you. I do yearn for you. Not the physical bond we shared, But the spiritual love that we knew. Without you, I am incomplete. As if I'd misplaced part of my heart. And I shall not feel whole again, While death keeps the two of us apart. Heaven almost makes up for that, Yet I cannot say what isn't true. Though it is more than paradise, It isn't Heaven without you. End.
