I don't know why you insist on playing these games

Don't you see how much it affects the other end?

You took my heart and with it you played a game

You tore it, wore it out, and stabbed it until it bled

All I can think is..

"What happened to the girl who was once my best friend?"

I try to see her in your eyes

But all I can see is the new you

The one who doesn't care about anyone else but herself

I still don't see how you could just break me, when you were the one who worked so hard to make me

Make me a better person in so many ways, but I guess good things never do last right?
