In Her Own Little World

by Honey Kisses 18   Sep 29, 2004

Through her eyes she sees in black and white
She can't see color, she never sees life
Though she hears laughter she can't believe
On how she's hiding her feelings, being naive
Her life has straightened out
Though she still can't help but doubt
So she recedes into her own little world
Where she's a crying little black and whit girl
In her world, she's sittin in a place no one knows
She stays in a place no one else can go
She won't leave, she loves to be alone
She goes to the coner she's loved for so long
There she sits and cries her eyes dry
And she's trapped in her mind. Left to die
This world is so bleak so dull and so gray
She wonders when this sadness will leave her behind one day
So she cries once again and feels like a very small girl
As she sits all alone in her own little world.
