The bride**

by Mustardhart   Oct 4, 2004

She looks so amazingly flawless
As a flower that is abloom
Behind the veil so powerless
She the bride, he the groom

Sparkling outside hiding so much inside
Nude lace against tarn-brown face
In his black suit and bow-tie sat beside
Such a sight to just sit and gaze

Slow rhythm at the background
Polished feet on carpeted confetti
Her heart pounding as though bound
Her response smooth going down as tea

Twinkling eyes colored with salve
Radiating diamonds round her nape
Women and beauty! This a riddle to solve
As ribbon and sash round flowing drape

Behind her folks pray
In moments, bills from honeymoon
Before then, now to face the Pastor’s say
Her being bride, to become history soon.

Thank Trincy, I will give it a go.

  • He hee! That's funny.. It will do well in this category itself. Else you can change it to "Special events/wedding".
