Special Place In My Heart

I know that we were never great friends and we spend less time together than apart,
But you will always mean so much to me and have a very special place in my heart,
Although i tried and and wanted us to be friends (and more) it never was to be,
But still i will always care about you and you will always be special to me,

I remember sitting next to you in English class and just wanting to be closer than we were,
But i can see that you had all the friends that you need and nothing between us was ever to work,
I used to speak about you to all of my friends asking them how i could get with you,
But you never liked me as I've always liked you and besides, i was in a big Que ;-P

Its very strange that i feel so strongly about you because we have never been close,
But i guess that is what love does to someone, and god knows i loved you the most,
But now those feelings of love have settled and it doesn't affect me life day in and day out,
Although sometimes i feel really close to you and i fear that they may once again sprout,

I could go on forever about how you've affected my life and trust me you have so much,
But i think that i will end it here even though you've just got a slight touch,
So no matter how much we are or are not friends and even if we are always apart,
I will always care and I'll always be there for you have a special place in my heart
