Dance my life away

by SammiBABY   Oct 5, 2004

I’d love to dance upon the mountaintops
On the hills and among the trees.
I’d love to dance by the ocean
In the cool summer breeze.

I’d love to dance by the valley
By the beach and on the shore,
I’d love to dance underground,
on our planets core.

I’d love to dance upon the moon
In the pits and in a crater,
I’d love to dance around the world
On the sea and the Equator.

I’d love to dance in the snow
On winter’s coldest day
I’d love to dance by a river
On the coast and by the bay.

I’d love to dance upon the clouds
With the angels in the sky
I’d love to dance atop a plane
When it passes by.

I’d love to dance on a windy day
Amongst autumn’s golden leaves
I’d love to dance in a cemetery
Where the widow goes and grieves

I’d love to dance on a cliff
On a bank and a volcano,
I’d love to dance in Chicago
Where the wind will blow.

I’d love to dance on a field
On a beautiful spring day,
I’d love to dance on a waterfall
If I could I’d dance my life away.
