The Day I Die

by Azlin   Oct 5, 2004

Walking aimlessly around the block
Remebering all the nasty talk
The lies that spread within the town
the lies that turned my life upside down
the pain that thrived withing my soul
hurting me was your goal
My arms refelct a reckless teen
the pain I feel is unseen
The blade slides across my skin
the hate lies deep within
It starts to surface and starts to scream
is this all just a dream ?
I can 't take the mental battle
this pain is one i can't straddle
the lies chew at my soul
my life is an empty hole
so say goodbye
for today is the day I die
