So alone

Why is it i feel so alone
theres people all around me
yet i feel as if i have no one
is this the way its meant to be
sometimes i go on for days
searching for a soul purpose
feeling as if Ive lost everyone
the thought alone makes me nervous
i need someone here beside me
i wish for this each day
for you to come back to me
there has got to be a way
i understand that I'm not completely alone
there are others here
but none of them are you
you're gone forever i fear
