Great poem! I loved the repeating line throughout... and I especially loved these lines:
The tears come like a torrential rain
But for some reason I cannot weep

have been there before...

the one thing I MIGHT consider changing is in the last line.... since you say "I'll tell you" in the previous line... I think that "I'll reap" might be a little more accurate... either way reads fine, so it's up to you... it's just a thought
