Beneath My Joyful Eyes

by Felicia Tursi   Oct 7, 2004

Beneath my joyful eyes,
Theres sadness that will always lie.
Beneath my joyful eyes,
A lonely girl is beginning to die.
The only way I can be saved,
Is that my love no longer gets depraved.
If someone so dear can fall in love with me,
So my love can start to be.
Someone to sweep my sadness away,
Someone who'll forever stay.
I need you to be here with me,
To fill my heart with happiness and glee.
But how can you, you don't even know,
Because I will never let it show.
I only let joyfulness go through,
Happiness and bliss too.
I'm made up, somebody that has been drawn,
Someone that wakes up at dawn.
To watch the sun rise,
I tell you all lies.
So you will not see whats inside,
A happy girl that has surely died.
