Always there for me
Was My best-friend

He knew he liked me when we first met
I was only 10 and still thought boys were gross
He was so sure of his feelings for me

Our friendship lasted only 2 yrs
But,I will always remember him
He wasnt popular nor was he cute

He was more than that
He was a nice person
His heart was huge

I hurt him badly with the words I said the last time I saw him
I didnt know
I'd lose contact with him
In sixth grade you dont consider that

Now three years later
I look at his picture and cry
Because I now know what could have been
