To Sad to Cry

by Idiosyncratic   Oct 8, 2004

To sad to cry
So she sits and waits
She sighs a very silent sigh
And basks in the pain
That she creates
But there is nothing she can gain
So she stays
And simply waits
Sorting through her thoughts
A neverending maze;
Her feelings that are overwrought
She awaits whatever
May be her fate
To sad to cry
So she sits and waits

    I know exactly what you're writing about here, i think we've all been 'to sad to cry' before. good job with this, i like your choice of words, and it has a good rhythm, personally, i think the flow is a little jumpy though...
    but great job!
