My relief

I'm walking alone
Staring off in my zone
My pain has caused me much harm
Because i take that knife to my arm

I've been told it doesn't help
But relief after this i have felt
It makes me feel good
You would understand if you could

I'll never stop
I'll do it till the day i drop
You cant stop me now
Because no one knows how
