My Awakening

by Mephastophilis   Oct 8, 2004

Every time you knock her down
It’s harder for her to get back up
Because every time you knock her down
A piece of her soul is forever lost
Every time you knock her down
I find myself falling too
And every time you knock her down
My shame of you, I can’t subdue
And with every knock and every blow
My hate for you just grows
With every knock and every blow
Your evil I want to expose
And with every knock and every blow
I fear you less and less
Now with ever knock and every blow
I see the power I posses
So one more knock or one more blow
And you’ll be out of that door
Because one more knock or one more blow
I simply refuse to ignore
If there’s one more knock or one more blow
You will not be forgiven
So no more knocks and no more blows
Out of the dark, I’ve finally risen.
