But I'm Not The Kinda Person...

~*An argument that's always there for me, this is not quite a poem but still something along those lines. you and I are one in the same and both represent sides of me.*~

"But I'm Not That Kinda Person..."

I don't change for that reason; I don't need to see whats inside of you. I can see right through your games, irritate those you love. Nonsense is your only defence; your walls are crumbling now. Why do I care when you make yourself the fool? Why do I cry when you leave me all alone? “But I’m not that kinda person...” You can’t see whats really inside me, so why do you care? So I broke a few rules is that really gonna change what you think of me? So I thought the wrong things, does that really change who I am? I don’t see why you can’t just let well enough alone. “But I’m not that kinda person...” I’m not gonna care if you fall on your arse all those times, I know you’ll come back standing proud and tall. I can’t stand to see those tears in your eyes. “But I’m not that kinda person...” I wanna make you cry, I wanna see you fall down. I don’t need to find out why; I just need to know how. “But I’m not that kinda person...” I don’t have all the world going for me, I cry while you smile. I am you and you are me. I would hurt you, make you fall, ground your face into the dirt, “but I’m not that kinda person...” I don’t like to see you bleed, but still you get hurt. I would make your pain go away, heal your wounds, save your spirit, “but I’m not that kinda person...” I’ll stand on the sidelines. Your picture in my mind, the silent cheers for hope. Riddles are what you will hear from my mouth this day on wards. “But I’m not that kinda person...”

I can’t tell you why I look happy yet cry on the inside, I can’t tell you why if I have all the world going for me I still cry. “But I’m not that kinda person...” I have everything to gain and nothing to lose. I have everything to lose and nothing to gain. “But I’m not that kinda person...” you will lie to save yourself, will you cry to save others. “But I’m not that kinda person...”
