Loveless without a Heart

My love for you is like a roaring fire
i know in my heart this person is not a liar
it burns each night with so much desire

it is something that you just can't explain
it's like coming out after a mid summer rain
it's the feeling you get when riding an airplane

at first your abit nervous about the ride
almost like you want to run and hide
but then you put all those thoughts aside

it's that first gift you ever got from friend
it something that you can never amend
someone who knew you would be there right from the end

this is my little poem i placed in the form of art
you'll know when you caught it, right from the start
there are no tricks it comes straight from my heart

i wish there was a woman for me to marry
i wish a lot of things would come true
a woman whom with my baby she'll carry

so that one day she can turn to me with that same sort of love
for now i only have my dreams i can only wish upon a fall star
and know that it is the truest of all love, because it rose above

so i sit here silently waiting for my princess to arrive
i will wait until that day comes, for her i will wait an eternity
because i have so much love to share, so much to derive
