Sand

by Sinister Soire   Oct 13, 2004

The sand blows in
Invading, everywhere
It infiltrates your house
And in your hair

The sand blows in
Eroding, destroying
Your body’s next
It attacks ailing

The sand blows in
Searching, irritating
It finds your face
While aggravating

The sand blows in
Rubbing, burning
It’s in your eyes
Causes yearning

The sand blew in
But now it’s over
The pain is gone
Gone forever

The sand blew in
It was all a dream
It’s gone for good
Until the sand blows again
