When You're Not Around

by Leticia   Oct 13, 2004

When you're not around
I feel like an outkast
an enemy to the world
no longer wanted

When you're not around
I become oblivious
to what passes before me
my true belonging

When you're not around
things become blurry
everything is much louder
there is no more calmness

When you're not around
there is an empty space
no one else can fill
I wish you were here

When you're not around
my cries become intense
the pain unbearable
my strength faltering

When you're not around
a piece is missing
my life is incomplete
I miss you
