My wish

Lying on my bed,
Thinking at night.
What did I do,
That was so right.

I made a wish,
And it came true.
That was the day,
That I met you.

I wished once,
On the brightest star.
And now I look,
Here we are.

I asked for a guy,
Who would hold me tight.
And kiss my neck,
When the time was right.

One who's not,
Afraid to cry,
If suddenly,
His dreams just die.

One who,
Thinks for himself.
And isn't afraid,
To ask for help.

One who will hold me,
When i'm cold.
And won't always do,
What he's told.

One who,
Will never lie.
And will wipe my tears,
When I start to cry.

Everything I asked,
All came true.
That special day,
That I met you.
