This poem/prose is very touching. So many of us can relates to it. Love is not love when there is no return. If someone being rejected, it simply means there were no returns and a love like this can never last. What is positive about it, is that, every has his/her special one out there in the world. Just search for it, sometimes we never find it, but sometimes it comes to us when we least expected. Well done 5/5, kel. |

Nice poem:) I'm a sap for the love ones. Well my first critique would just to be to shorten the lines up a little bit. By doing that on the page the poem looks neater. Also the rhyming got in the way for me a little bit. I think if you weren't focsed on rhyming the last words could have been stronger. Although this piece was a tad cliche I still enjoyed it 4/5 |
I love this poem so much!!!!! i think it's beautiful. i think that so many people can relate to the story behind it. very insightful. i loved it a lot!!!!! |

You have done a wonderful job on this realistic piece.Rejection, that terrible word that kept so many including myself, from taking that one step to find love. |

A wonderful write, Michael. How well you hit on some of the hardest points of being rejected. And how well you reminded me of my own experience. That in itself, is testament of your talent. Great piece. Thanks. |
