Secrets

She looks out from her hiding place,
nothing but black is seen.
her pupils widen in a grasp for a sight,
and her breathing increases.

The heat was on,
he was right behind her.
she took a sharp turn,
tripped, fell down a hill,
hit a tree at the bottom.

ill get you, you little skank!
the echo ricochets in her head,
she flinches away from the noise.
crashing branches, she falls back behind her tree.

moments turn to minutes, to hours.
she falls back against a tree,
lets out a sob, tears flow.

A hand crashes down on her shoulder,
fingers dig deep to her flesh.
she screams but her voice is drowned,
her shirt ripped, absorbs flowing blood,
her body kicks and rebels,
then lays limp.

im not finished! he whispers to her dying body,
one last tear escapes,
she whispers back, through gurgles,
sick, doing a dead body.
Her slit troat opens finally,
blood runs like water over rocks.
